Refunds

Digital files are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal once downloaded. We ignore that exemption and offer a refund anyway.

The policy

Fourteen days from purchase, for any reason, refunded to the original payment method. You do not have to explain yourself and you do not have to delete the file first.

How to request one

Email support@lifemaxingstore.com with the email address used at checkout. Refunds are issued within two working days and appear on your statement within five, depending on your bank.

Why it is this simple

A sheet either changes how you work in the first fortnight or it does not. A refund policy that requires a case to be argued is a policy designed to be unused.

Repeat requests

Refunds on more than three purchases suggest the catalogue is not for you, and we will stop selling to that address rather than refuse the refund.

Pending products

Nothing marked in production or coming soon can be bought, so there is nothing to refund. Email capture on those pages is a notification, not a pre-order.
