No dates printed, and that is the whole design rather than a missing feature. A dated journal is a record of the days you failed to open it: skip two weeks and the evidence is printed on the paper, in advance, in ink. Here the next page is simply the next page you write on, whenever that is. The Restart page exists for the same reason. Coming back after a long gap is a normal thing that happens to everyone who keeps a journal, so it gets a page of its own rather than an apology.
