LAST LOGGED, PER SITE
The Dashboard shows the date each injection site was last logged and names the one used least recently. That is a read of your own rows and nothing more; what you do with it is between you and your prescriber. The unit is one cell at the top of the Weight tab, and the column headers, the Dashboard note and the chart legend all read that cell, so switching it changes the file rather than half of it. Figures already typed are never converted behind your back.
