Skincare Shelf Audit
An inventory of your actual shelf. Most bought skincare goes unused, and this makes the shelf visible: what you own, when you opened it, how long the jar itself says it lasts, and a plain call on each one.
One row per product. Put in the date you opened it, the PAO months printed on the packaging, and a rough count of uses so far. Estimates are fine, because this is an audit rather than accounting. Read the call column: fine, use it up, or let it go. Re-count whenever you remember and the numbers update themselves.

THE CALL
The call comes from the jar's own period-after-opening, not from a guess. A product you opened fourteen months ago with a twelve-month PAO gets told to go regardless of how much is left, and one you are barely touching gets told to be used up before the next order. Cost per use is there too, with the spend switch defaulted to off, because what most people want first is to know what to finish, and the money question is a different mood.
